Axglo is a Canadian company located in Toronto.  The Axglo E5 Follow/Remote Electric golf caddy launched in Canada in 2021 with rave reviews.

The Axglo E5 Follow/Remote Control Electric Golf Caddy looks like a regular manual push cart with lots of storage on the handle, compact design and easy 2-Step folding and unfolding for quick and easy setup.  However, it comes with the light-weight lithium ion battery that can power the cart for up to 36 holes or up to 45 holes with the optional 45 hole Li battery.

Not only can you push it like a manual push cart, it has 4 different modes: Remote, Follow, Remote Cruising and Manual.  It is one of the most innovative electric cart on the market today!

 Safe Use of Your Cart:

  • Maximum load capacity: 44 lbs
  • Submerging the cart in water will cause damage to the cart. We recommend using the manual push mode while crossing a bridge or in a limited space, like a parking lot.
  • Before transportation, the battery must be disconnected from the cart.
  • When parking on a slope, please do not turn off the power and remember to press the stop key (‘Cloud’ key). Turning off the power would disable the electric braking system of the cart.
  • Do not store your cart in the open air.
  • When it rains heavily, protect the cart from the rain and try to cover it with an umbrella.
  • Please use a soft dry towel to wipe off the excess mud, dirt or water from the cart.
  • Keep the main folding track clean and well lubricated.
  • The battery will be able to complete around 36 holes on a single charge when used in normal conditions (however this is not guaranteed). We encourage users of Lithium batteries to top-up between rounds whenever possible. The battery is not designed to complete 18 holes over consecutive days on a single charge. Battery capacity will reduce over time and can be affected by frequency of use and charging conditions.
  • When using the cart in a limited space such as a parking lot or near water, it is recommended to use the manual push mode to ensure that you can control the cart.

In what situations does the remote control vibrate?

  • 1. When the remote control's battery is low.
  • 2. When there is an obstruction between the remote control and the cart, such as a passing person or another vehicle.
  • 3. When the distance between the remote control and the cart exceeds the maximum range.
  • 4. When the battery power drops below 10%, the remote control will vibrate intermittently as indicated in the manual.
  • 5. When a cart equipped with anti-crash bumper sensor detects an obstacle.

Motogolf Return Policy:
No cancellations on special order items once the order has been placed. For order cancellations prior to shipment, we will need to assess a handling & credit card processing fee of 3% which will be deducted from the refund.

Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the cart can be returned only providing:

  1. The cart is completely unused and brand new
  2. It is in original packaging & new/unused condition
  3. The owner pays the return freight
  4. A return authority is obtained first from US distributor/manufacturer through Motogolf
  5. Original shipping fee + handling fee will be deducted from the refund (approx $120)

Within 30 days of purchase, the owners can return a "used cart." Even if used on driveways, backyard, etc... this is not considered new any longer and not saleable as new:

  1. A return authority is obtained first
  2. It is in the original packaging
  3. The owner pays the return freight
  4. Up to 30% restocking fee applies of the full retail price

The cart will be returned to Distributor/Manufacturer's warehouse and inspected by their personnel. Once we receive the return paperwork along with the condition of the unit, we will issue a refund net of fees above.

This manufacturer has a no return policy once the cart has been opened/used.  WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR THIS ITEM, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. To make sure that shipments to addresses with rural routes, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order. 

To determine shipping cost within Canada, please add item(s) to your shopping cart for your preferred shipping options. The finalized shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method at the Checkout just prior to you entering your credit card information in the payment page.   • The delivery time is based on the distance and package size, COULD BE UP TO 4 MONTHS

Orders usually ship Monday through Friday excluding Canadian statutory holidays. 

Urban Shipping: Order placed and confirmed before 2pm EST between Monday to Friday to receive your order within standard shipping duration. 

Rural Shipping: Order placed and confirmed before 1pm EST between Monday to Friday will be delivered within standard shipping duration.

All products are covered under standard Axglo warranty. Should you have a problem within the warranty period, please email with detail information. Please takes pictures of your item(s) and email it as attachments. Axglo service rep will review the information along with the pictures. A solution will be provided to assist you to resolve the issue.

Defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced. The repair or replacement process can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete/resolve.

Any item purchased online can be returned by mailing it to Axglo Inc. Canada address. All shipping fees must be prepaid.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase and include the original receipt and a Return Authorization Number. There will be no refunds or exchanges on items without the original receipt. All refunds will be processed to the same tender and card number (if applicable) as used for the transaction. Returned items must be in an unopen original packaging with all original tags/tickets attached, and in new/unused condition with all original parts, manuals, and accessories. Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange. Please note Axglo Inc. requires a valid piece of government issued photo ID with your name, address printed on the cart along with your email and phone number to process exchange or returns. Please note that the cost to return products is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was not as advertised, or defective.

Following are the condition Axglo will accept return and exchange:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Unopened with all original tags/tickets attached
  • In new condition, with all original parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Unused and factory seal cartoon, as applicable
  • Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange
  • For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of socks, golf cart mitts, golf towel, umbrella, rain cover, cart seat cover, cart seat, golf cart blanket are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
  • There will be no refund or exchanges on Axglo E-Cart. All E-Carts are final sale
