Any warranty covering products sold by Motogolf.com is the warranty provided by the manufacturer/distributor of those products.
Motogolf Return Policy:
Within 30 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind, the cart can be returned only providing:
- The cart is completely unused and brand new
- It is in original packaging & new/unused condition
- Customer pays the return freight
- A return authority is obtained first from US distributor/manufacturer through Motogolf
- Shipping + handling fee will be deducted from the refund (up to $135)
Used returns within 30 days are subject to distributor inspection, owner-paid return freight, and up to a 30% restocking fee.
MGI Warranty Information:
MGI Zip and Ai Series models come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty on parts and lithium batteries (2 years on chargers) if registered within 30 days of purchase (otherwise 2-year standard warranty applies).
Warranty Exclusions:
- Any alteration performed by unauthorized individuals.
- Damage caused by continued operation while defective.
- Ingress of water into motor, gearbox, or battery (water damage invalidates warranty; water-damaged batteries must not be used due to fire risk).
- Driving into bunkers, course hazards, or clubhouse obstacles.
- Normal wear and tear (tires, grips, elastic straps, cosmetics).
Battery Care (Storage):
If not using the battery for more than a month, fully charge it and store in a warm, dry location. Run and cycle the unit every 1–3 months to maintain cell longevity.
